      Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, please send us an email and we'll make it right at Jeff@Dadachu.com.

      Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction occurs.

      Orders & Shipping Policy

      Orders typically ship within 24 hours after payment clearance. For Pre-order and Back Order items, please refer to the item description for shipping times.

      Pre-Order Policy

      Please read before placing a Pre-order:

      When placing an order for a Pre-order (or Back Order) item on Dadachu, all other items in your cart will be shipped together with the Pre-order item. This means if a Pre-order item is scheduled to ship in one month, all other items in your cart will also ship after one month. If you prefer to have non-pre-order items shipped immediately, please add them to a separate cart and check out as a separate order. Please note that orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

      Pre-order and Back Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders may be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
